WellBell Co began with a simple idea: use experience, passion, and breadth of coaching to help people feel and perform better.
I stepped into the world of personal training at 18, which eventually led me into gaining undergraduate and masters education in Strength and Conditioning. Over the years, I’ve worked in rugby union, education, and the Premier League—places that pushed me, challenged me, and allowed me to learn from some truly incredible people.
But through all of it, one dream kept coming back: to build a space of my own. A place where I could coach with complete authenticity, share my philosophy, and support both clients and the wider coaching community.
When I moved back to Ledbury after years in London, that opportunity finally appeared—although not in the form I expected. Instead of a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility that I had become accustomed to spending my days in, I had… a garage. Completely empty. Completely ordinary. But also full of potential.
So I got to work.
Kettlebells had always been a tool I used to teach fundamental movements, so they naturally became the foundation of the space and the business. (I’ll explain the reasoning behind that later.) What started as a garage conversion has grown into a holistic health and wellbeing studio—one that reflects everything I value about coaching.

How it began...
A redundant garage space, but one with potential !
I set out working on the space with Lenny, who wasn't a great help.
A small but functional space was formed!
